The Association of Businesswomen in Bosnia and Herzegovina connects female entrepreneurs and professionals and provides expert advice on starting and growing a business, education and training opportunities. It aims to increase the profile of women in the workplace, strengthen their negotiating position, and overcome stereotypes and stigma associated with female entrepreneurship. The association runs an annual Entrepreneurship Day, during which participants are invited to analyse the key issues affecting women in business, and help define new policies and programmes to support the development of women’s entrepreneurship.
