The Italian Business Innovation Centres (BICs) are a network of national and regional centres that support the creation of new innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and help existing firms to innovate and modernise. It is part of the European BIC Network (EBN) and the Enterprise Europe Network. BICs’ services cover a wide range of activities, including business support, training seminars, networking opportunities, evaluating innovative projects, advice and assistance in implementing business projects, facilitating access to finance and placing start-ups in incubators.
