‘The Missing Entrepreneurs 2015’ is the third edition in a series of annual reports on policies for self-employment and entrepreneurship. Each chapter discusses current policy issues and challenges, while making recommendations for new policies. It also lists good practice examples of programmes and initiatives on inclusive entrepreneurship in each Member State.
