Lidere is a non-governmental organisation (NGO), which has the objective of uniting women entrepreneurs and leaders in different sectors across Latvia. The NGO was established in 2003 with the aim of promoting mentoring for women entrepreneurs in Latvia and advocating the need for many more women across all professional areas of the economy. Lidere also provides free access to information and advice to its members. The website offers information on mentoring, how to cooperate with Lidere, how to become a member, and an example of the events they frequently hold.
