Scottish Development International (SDI) is a governmental body and a joint venture between the Scottish government, Scottish Enterprise (SE), and Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE), and it provides services to support inward investment and internationalisation for the whole of Scotland.

It helps entrepreneurs establish and grow their business in Scotland and worldwide, such as training staff, developing leadership skills and obtaining capital investment.

To support business internationalisation, SDI offers services such as international mentoring, overseas market support, and support to take part in exhibitions, missions and learning journeys.
