The Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce runs the Business Women’s Network with the aim of enabling women to successfully start and develop their own business. It connects women business owners with managers and directors in top companies. The network runs a variety of projects designed to get women into jobs that pay well and enable them to flourish. The focus is on older women since they usually have the most difficulty in finding work following unemployment.
