The Croatian Association of Business Women (CIRCLE) aims to promote and foster active cooperation and joint efforts to improve the position of women in business and family life. CIRCLE advocates greater cooperation both within and between companies as regards achieving better recognition and opportunities for capable businesswomen. The association also selects winning candidates for an annual ‘entrepreneur of the year’ award based on the evaluation of an application process.
