IZIKAD creates cooperation and solidarity among women entrepreneurs in Izmir in order to support business women and help bring new female entrepreneurs into the business world.

IZIKAD works to improve business awareness of recent graduates (up to age 30) and help them practice theoretical knowledge in real life by learning from experts in the public and private sectors.
