This state agency gathers and disseminates information promoting energy efficiency, renewable energy and the development of innovation activities. It also performs energy audits and makes follow-up recommendations as well as providing free expert consultancy on energy efficiency for households and investors alike. The website provides information about numerous best practices and projects that the SIEA has been involved in as well as information about European Union (EU) structural funds in Slovakia.
