Funded by Enterprise Ireland and KMPG, this initiative goes beyond encouraging women entrepreneurs to establish their own businesses; it fosters a ‘growth state of mind’ to promote growing businesses. Going for Growth uses a peer-led approach, encouraging a lead entrepreneur and other participants facing similar challenges to share their experiences and ideas. A series of round-tables are used to explore common questions, challenges and potential solutions with a focus on achieving growth.
