FEMALE aims to support women entrepreneurs across Europe who recently started their business and now want to strengthen their skills and competences – both hard and soft skills. Through practical information and networking possibilities, FEMALE targets potential women entrepreneurs across Europe, and particularly those from a BAME (black, Asian, minority and ethnic) background, over-50s, single parents and long-term unemployed. The website provides access to information, the possibility of exchanging and sharing information, e-consultancy/e-coaching and e-mentoring, as well as e-training/e-learning, and networking and matching services. Through the related GO4IT programme, you can take part in face-to-face training programmes in the UK, Lithuania, Spain and Iceland.
