The European Parliament’s Committee on Women’s Rights and Gender Equality examined the current situation and set out wide-ranging recommendations for increasing female entrepreneurship. The 2016 resolution ‘External factors that represent hurdles to European female Entrepreneurship’ addresses different issues, such as access to funding, entrepreneurial education and training, social entrepreneurship, work-life balance, etc.
