Business and Professional Women (BPW) Germany is a branch of BPW International, a global networking organisation that brings together 28 000 female entrepreneurs, businesspeople and professionals from over 90 countries, helping them achieve their full potential both in the workplace and in public life. Members of BPW benefit from an international network of like-minded women, fun and thought-provoking events, training and mentoring, awards and recognition, publicity, and new business opportunities. BPW membership is open to women of all ages regardless of their profession. There are BPW branches in around 40 German cities where they campaign for more women in political leadership and for equal pay for women and men.
