SHE-ERA is a non-governmental organisation established with the aim of achieving the economic empowerment of women. At its time of conception it addressed post-conflict needs, but it has now evolved into an influential actor in Kosovo strengthening the position of women in society and encouraging their entrepreneurial empowerment. The organisation offers its members consultations, business planning, help with proposals, marketing strategy and research advice, and operating management support for business women.
