AIDDA, the Italian National Businesswomen Association, was the first of its kind in Italy when it was set up with the objective of promoting and supporting women entrepreneurs, managers and professionals. The association has also created the NOE Laboratory which promotes sustainable environmental, economic and social development across sectors by introducing female perspectives.
