WomenUp was set up under the umbrella of Hillary Clinton’s International Council on Women’s Business Leadership (ICWBL) to address the female leadership gap and consists of a year-long development programme that brings together 40 women as well as senior business leaders as mentors. WomenUp uses the Centered Leadership programme from McKinsey & Company which is based around the cultivation of the skills and mindset needed for success – you can find out more about this on the website.
