As an inter-sectoral, not-for-profit national business confederation, OMEGA coordinates, manages, promotes and defends the interests of its membership which is made up of associations, federations and business organizations of women. This confederation therefore attempts to improve the number of competent business and professional women active in the economy by encouraging the creation of pertinent advocacy structures; furthering research in the field; implementing effective action plans; and supporting all relevant activities of its member organizations.
