This website is the Czech branch of the European EQUAL community initiative, a programme within the context of the European Social Fund. The initiative aims to fight against all forms of inequality and discrimination in the labour market and access to it in an attempt to foster real equal treatment of those with the same qualifications. The website offers more information both on the implementation of the programme in the Czech Republic as well as links to national support structures of EQUAL in other countries.
