CAFA is a coalition of Romanian associations which are either dedicated to female entrepreneurship or to women in general but have business components within their organisations. The coalition aims to influence national policy and foster female involvement in the national economy. As well as engaging in advocacy at home, CAFA is also integrated into several international networks with similar visions and is involved in the United Nationals Development Programme (UNDP) in Romania.
