FCE-VVB is a non-governmental organisation that aims to raise the profile of female CEOs in Belgium and defend their interests. It supports women CEOs by offering training, networking sessions and other opportunities to share knowledge. It also actively encourages young women to become entrepreneurs. The association comprises six regional branches, and is open to women who have invested capital and who have decision-making power within their companies.
