Business and Professional Women (BPW) Arad Romania is a branch of BPW International, a global networking organisation that brings together 28 000 female entrepreneurs, businesspeople and professionals from over 90 countries, helping them achieve their full potential both in the workplace and in public life. Members of BPW benefit from an international network of like-minded women, fun and thought-provoking events, training and mentoring, awards and recognition, publicity, and new business opportunities. BPW Austria is heavily involved in the annual Equal Pay Day, calling on businesses and government to bridge the EUR 7500 gap between the average annual salary for men and women in Austria.
