Business and Professional Women (BPW) Europe is part of the BPW International network, counting some 20 000 women members from 30 countries. It works to achieve equal participation of women and men in decision-making roles. To this end, BPW Europe runs a series of training courses for women, including a personal empowerment programme, leadership coaching and mentoring programmes. The courses are held in different languages throughout Europe. Women under the age of 35 who are starting in their careers and wish to become leaders in their field are invited to join the Young BPW Europe group which provides networking opportunities, seminars, training and mentoring.
