The Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Norway is a branch of PWN Global, a federation of more than 24 professional networks that promotes gender-balanced leadership and equal opportunities for women and men in every sector. Over 3500 professionals from 90 different countries are members of PWN, which operates a vast online network as well as offline events through its national branches. PWN Norway has been in operation since 1994, holding regular speaker and networking events and a mentoring programme. Its ‘Momentum meetings’ enable female entrepreneurs to learn from and bounce ideas off each other in complete confidentiality.
