SEECEL is the South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning, a non-profit organisation, initiated by the following eight countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey. Supported by the European Commission and Croatian Government, activities include entrepreneurial learning as a key competence in education (levels ISCED 1, ISCED 2, ISCED 3 and ISCED 5&6), training needs analysis (TNA) for existing entrepreneurs with special focus on women entrepreneurs, and policy support, best practices and examples covering female entrepreneurship.

Apart from training modules, SEECEL developed good practice criteria to create greater awareness among stakeholders that could support women entrepreneurs’ efforts. The video below explains how the good practice criteria were developed.

Their website is available in English and Croatian.
