A research, innovation and staff exchange project supported by the European Union’s (EU) Horizon 2020 programme. ‘Transforming European Women’s Entrepreneurship: The Education and Training for Success Programme’ aims to increase the number of women entrepreneurs and their performance potential through training programmes that combine competence and ‘edutainment’ approaches. The purpose of this project is not only to improve the ratio of young successful women entrepreneurs through an education and training programme, but also to strengthen international and cross-sectoral collaboration in the field of entrepreneurial competence development.
